VMworld: Barcelona & San Francisco

Client: VMware

Brief:
VMworld is the world’s largest conference for virtualisation and cloud computing. Given a core identity, design a cohesive experience across two events (San Francisco & Barcelona), hosting 30,000 attendees, both happening within 6 weeks of each other.

Solution:
A graphic and structural language was developed from the core identity using colours, lines and images, then a ‘Customer Journey’ book was produced, walking the client through the experience for each huge venue. Working in tandem with space planners and 3D designers we visualised the entire event in every detail over the course of 5 months.
